The Short Term Offender Unit was created to service offenders which can be newly received in to the jail being serving sentences of 90 days or less. The Therapeutic Community (TC) are long-term (6-12 months) residential Alcohol along with Other Drug (AOD) treatment programs. The TC approach views AOD abuse being a expression of chronic deficits in social, vocational, familial, financial, and character development. the Therapeutic Community is to market behavior that is pro-social attitudes, and values being a approach to achieve abstinence from liquor as well as other medications and eliminate antisocial habits.
